Hydro jetting uses high pressure water to remove contaminants. We use this high pressure technology to clean and unclog any size piping that is at your home, commercial, or industry property. The high pressure water that the machine gives is effective at clearing any drain blockage and cleaning the inside of the drain pipes at the same time.
The hydro jet can be used on many things like cleaning pipes and sewer lines. Clearing your drains and have never been quicker, easier or more effective. This procedure is also used to de-scale cast iron and remove grease.
Eliminates emergency drain problems.
Prevents damage to property or equipment.
Cleans the line to its fullest capacity. |

A Video Inspection process consists of running cameras through sewer lines and performing detailed inspections to identify deficiencies in the sewer system. It also provides a way to evaluate the effectiveness of various maintenance procedures. Immediate repair of damaged and defective lines results in a reduction in the number of trouble spots, infiltration and inflow, and general deterioration.
Video inspections are also performed on sewers lines due to line blockages and other sewer related problems. The video inspection process is the best in the detection and location of needed repairs. With the video camera, our technicians can find the exact location of a lateral connection and accurately identify and locate a problem. This information is valuable in the excavation and repair process as it eliminates any “guess work” towards resolving the problem. |

Slab leaks may surface from any little damage in the concrete foundation. If you notice water surfacing in a particular area, that does not mean the water leak in the pipe is right there. Remember, water will find the path of least resistance. That is why it is vital to have one of our highly skilled plumbing technicians with all the right equipment to come out and locate the leak.
This specialized repair is becoming more and more prevalent as more and more houses are built on a concrete “slab” foundation. Water and sewer leaks under the slab of a home can go undetected for long periods of time causing a foul odor or even mold build up at time goes. Call us today and have us come out, locate the leak, remove the concrete, dig out the affected area, repair the pipe, then restore everything to the way it was. You’d never even think you had a problem! |

Directional drilling makes a horizontal borehole. Drilling begins with the boring of a small diameter pilot hole directed to and along a desired design profile using flexible drill rods. Sub-site electronics are used to monitor and track the bore location through a sensor located in the bore head below the surface. Directional changes are made to the drilling alignment and direction with a borehead, which is offset slightly from the drill rods. Through small adjustments by the operator, steering corrections throughout the bore can be made (for example, around tree roots, boulders, buried utilities or private property).
A special drilling ‘mud’ technology, borrowed from the oil and gas industry, is introduced into the hole to prevent it from caving as well as providing a lubricant and flushing medium for cuttings. Following advancement of the pilot hole, a back reamer is attached and pulled back though the pilot hole in order to achieve the required diameter for the product pipe to be installed. Pipe casing may then be pulled through the bore into position and required connections made. |

PIPE BURSTING is the ideal technique to use for the rehabilitation and replacement of utility lines such as gas, water, sewer, telephone, and power. PIPE BURSTING efficiently bursts clay, concrete, cast iron, and PVC pipe. PIPE BURSTING is the ideal technique to use for the rehabilitation of ageing utility systems located in congested areas such as municipalities, city centers, and manufacturing or industrial plants for several reasons.
The process involves very little disturbance caused by open trench excavation. A constant-tension winch guides the pipe bursting tool through the host pipe. The rear expander displaces host pipe fragments into the surrounding soil, while the tool pulls in the new polyethylene pipe. In addition, this process generally costs less than the conventional replacement through the open cut method.
The Process:
Pipe bursting involves using a winch to pull a heavy duty polyethylene pipe through an old pipeline of equal or smaller size.
The old pipeline is shattered using a high-powered tool with special bursting heads that smash through the old pipe while pulling through the new replacement pipe.
When pulled into the old pipe, the bursting head breaks the pipe into pieces, enlarges the hole and pushes the fragments into the surrounding soil. This limits pipe bursting to pipes that can be fractured and to soil conditions that will absorb the old fragments. |
